Balancing from measurement to verification in one flow.

    Attach vibration sensors and the laser tachometer to capture amplitude and phase.

  2. 02 Measure the rotor

    Run the machine at working speed and let the software read the imbalance.

  3. 03 Add trial weight

    Repeat the run so the device can calculate the influence coefficient.

  4. 04 Correct and verify

    Install the calculated correction weight and confirm the reduced vibration.
