30-Day Return Policy
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day return process. All Vibromera products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery provided these conditions are met:
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories, cables, sensors, documentation, and components included
- Product must not be disassembled, modified, or repaired by a third party
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before shipping
We will not accept packages sent without an RMA number.
How to Return
- Submit a request — email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Receive your RMA — we respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and shipping instructions
- Ship the product — pack securely in original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Receive your refund — processed within 14 business days after warehouse inspection

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank card, PayPal, wire transfer).
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer in all cases, except when the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect. For confirmed defects, Vibromera covers return shipping and provides a full refund or replacement.
2-Year Warranty
All products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Vibromera will repair or replace the product free of charge if the defect is confirmed, and covers return shipping and delivery of the repaired or replaced product back to you.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Submit warranty claims to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the defect.
International Returns
The same return conditions apply worldwide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on the return shipment. For warranty repairs, Vibromera covers return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Heavily damaged or misused products
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Purchases from third-party distributors or resellers (contact the seller directly)
- Returns requested after 30 days (warranty claims remain available for 2 years)
